KOBELCO RB-26

For welding steel structures and thin steel sheets In the work of building ships, trains and motor vehicles made of steel

RB-26 welding electrode is a high flux titania type insulated wire. Which can be connected in the position - dragged down Although using a wire with a diameter of up to 5.0 mm, RB-26 welding wire provides a stable arc with less spatter. Making the weld surface smooth, beautiful, shiny Ideal for light structural welding Which focuses on welding in the position - dragged down It is also suitable for welding steel sheets and thin structures. Due to the deep penetration is not very high

1) In the docking position - drag down Should let the end of the welding wire touch the work piece.
2) Do not use a welding current higher than the recommended range. (As shown on the side of the wire box), because not only does it reduce the ability to perform X-ray inspection. Also causes a lot of sparks Edge bites occur And the cover of the slack is not good enough.
3) to get the best results The electrodes should be heated before use at 70-100 C for 30-60 minutes. Excessive moisture absorption of the electrodes will lower the working properties of the electrodes. And may cause air bubbles to build up in the weld
